Helpful and supportive for public benefit flights by Volunteer Pilot Organizations. For angel flight missions, fuel discount/FBO fees waived. Line personnel are prompt, efficient and helpful. Thanks to Front Desk personnel (Kath-supervisor, and Emma) for being an integral part of the COMPASSION team. Heritage support for those in your community who need to travel for medical care is ... Appreciated.

Truly one the very best FBO's I have ever encountered. The facility is over the top beautiful. The associated that operate this place are so friendly and accommodating. Courtesy car ready to go into town for lunches. Fuel done and receipt ready upon our return. Love this place. Love the people. Highly recommend you stop there.

As per phone call with Heritage on 6/23/24, rates for a light single are: Ramp Fee $30 for just the day, waivable with 15 gallons of fuel, overnight $45. I think they got the message and perhaps the $70/night fees were a way to optimize profit from the solar eclipse? In any case, they got the message and reduced it to $45, but that's still a 125% increase over their $20 fee from a year ago. For reference, Albany ramp & landing fees are $31 with half of that waivable with 15 gallons. Albany charges only $7/night overnight!! This would have been a one star review based on how much I paid on eclipse day, however, they did make some progress and reduce the overnight fees, so I'm adding an extra star for that.

Beware GA pilots! This was once a terrific FBO that I've used for years. Despite buying >20 gal fuel, I was stunned to be charged $70 /night ramp fee for two nights a light piston single, up >3-fold from ~$20 when I was there last year. They also stopped updating their prices on Foreflight and don't post the increases publicly anywhere. It's sad to say this place's business practices have taken a nosedive.

Service was fine. Fuel price as expected ($7.00/gal 100LL) for a full service FBO. HOWEVER, the new and excessive ramp fee at $70 per night for a PA32 are not waivable with fuel purchase.

The service at Heritage is very good but the prices for overnight parking are now pretty steep for a small single. The prices increased on Jan. 2024 from $21.50 to $60 per night and cannot be waived even if purchasing fuel.

25$ ramp fee outrageous given no papers cookies popcorn or fruit very nice facility but one should b able to drop off a pax without this fee needs competition. Good alternatives are MVL MPV or even Plattsburg its interesting that MVY Martha’s Vineyard has free 3 hour parking with all amenities and no fees in a recreation destination area

Flew in today with my Cherokee to visit friends. Absolutely fantastic service from the line guys to the desk. Gorgeous, clean, facility and Heritage website states it is employee owned. It shows. Also, both approach and tower controllers were very friendly and good at their job
