Used CAE and Eagle Aviation and they had excellent rate on rental cars on very short notice.

Met by a very nice line guy on the way in...Gave me a great parking space. On the way out, the counter folks were very nice and the line guys pulled my 172 to the front door...Really impressed my passengers.

Diverted to CAE day before Thanksgiving due to weather, even though no prior notice Eagle came up with a rental, a Cadillac and even called and obtained a discount on the car. When asked about the fueling I asked them to wait until the rain stopped, but when I arrived three days later it hadn't been done. They immediately apologized and with the fuel gave me a slight discount. This is a great place with first class people and service. I have stopped several times and always a great experience.

I fueled my Velocity at Eagle's terminal on 19 Aug 06. The price was higher than Columbia Aviation, but the excellence of the facility, the brand new courtesy vehicle, and the professionalism of the staff were worth every penny. As my plane was about to be fueled, an on-the-airport regular customer radioed that he needed immediate service. He was politely told that someone else was first, and significantly, the line foreman watched the lineman to assure he did not rush my fueling. The foreman told me they take each job seriously and do not rush, as lives depend on it. That kind of service is worth any price!

After finding a problem on run-up in my Velocity on 17 Aug 06, I taxied back to Columbia Aviation where I had purchased fuel. The maintenance manager told me Columbia does not work on transients and sent me to Eagle. Eagle was fantastic! The hangers were full, yet the staff dropped everything to help me. Chief A&P Jim Worley diagnosed the problem, hangared my aircraft, and arranged to repair it at 0800 the following morning when the over-night-shipped part arrived. The next morning A&Ps Jim Worley and Brad Williams did a masterful job, having started right on time. Stephen Stellfox, Director of Technical Services, took a personal interest and made my son and I feel welcome in the facility. Eagle was clearly concerned with airport security--I was escorted in the most courteous manner onto the ramp, but it was clear that unnecessary folks or vehicles were not going to be permitted. Everyone involved were 100% professional while making sure we knew we were appreciated as customers.

I can't say enough good things about Eagle Aviation. In April, my wife and I spent several days visiting family and upon departure were pleased to find out that I wasn't being charged any tie-down fees as long as I purchased fuel. The fuel was a bit on the pricey side, but considering the several nights of no charge it worked out to be quite a bargain. It's nice for a small piston pilot to put into a nice, clean, modern facility like this one without being gouged by excessive facility fees etc. I'll certainly stay here again.

Flew in for a fuel stop and had an excellent experience. They were pretty busy but still fueled up my airplane right away and even cleaned off the windsheild without me even asking. The FBO building is ok, nothing spectacular. Staff behind counter was very nice too.

Just had another visit to Eagle Aviation. Called ahead so they knew we were coming. Terrible arrival experience. No communication between CSR's and line. I must say that this was most unusual and totally out of character for this FBO. I've always wondered why all the negative comments. We have been using this facility for several years, and this was the first time there was a problem of any kind. We all make mistakes, and they handled it very professionally.
