Very nice fuel stop. They drove out to the self-service area where I was fueling my plane to fill up my tires. Very friendly people.

Mike, the airport manager and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly on our visit to Clinton. Fuel prices were reasonable and the grounds were kept up very well. I visited Clinton with the Cessna 150-152 Club; they could not have made a better choice of airports to have the fly-in at. Thanks Mike,

I think Ed forgot to mention the comfortable recliners in the terminal. As always, an awesome airport, helpful crew, and excellent prices.

Really nice airport. Great runways, well maintained grounds and terminal, and good fuel prices. Great staff!

The fuel price is great, and the people are nice, but the service is very scattered. I stopped for fuel on a cross-country trip, and it took me 10 minutes to find the FBO guy. The fuel truck was out of fuel, and the Self Serve only had "a couple hundred gallons" left. I gather there was some kind of event (people were camping on the airport grounds) -- but BE PREPARED.

Terrific fuel stop! Very well kept airport, a great 100LL price, and the world's fastest 100LL pump (about a gal/sec). Will definitely be back.

Stopped March 7, '07. Great facility & the FBO Manager Mike is awesome -- even offered to pick me up at my motel on the way in to work in the morning. Be sure to verify what time they close in the winter. The taxi service listed after hours is somewhat unreliable and may be out of business. Call Freebird Limo service. Driver was there in a limo to pick me up in 20 minutes and charged me $15 to take me into town. Will be back with 100+ other Cessna owners for the Fly in held every July the weekend before

A real nice airport. Taxiway to the fuel was designed by Rube Goldberg, but not too difficult to master. Friendly folks make up for it.

Nice facility, friendly folks. Even though I was in the middle of the 150/152 fly-in, they couldn't have been nicer and the fuel prices are the best in the middle of "fly-over" country. I'll be back!

Stopped at CWI again this year en route to OSH. Always-low 100LL prices. Called ahead to reserve their courtesy car (overnight!) -- it's a cool retired police cruiser. It's an easy 5-mile drive into town for a Butterburger and frozen custard at Culvers (mmmmmm!) and an RON at the Holiday Inn Express (good prices and free wireless broadband Internet). Did I mention Culvers (mmmmmm!)? As an extra added attraction, if you stop here the weekend before AirVenture, they have a big annual Cessna 150/152 fly-in, which is a fun sight.

Great airport for fuel. Plenty of room to tie down. Self-service fuel is convenient. Airport staff does a great job as well. This is a great airport.

Landed for gas both ways going from Colorado to Michigan. Nice self-serve, and when self-serve was backed up, the FBO offered fuel truck services to the next plane at SS prices. Nice FBO inside, very friendly. Will be back!

Fine fuel stop with very helpful staff on duty in large terminal building. Pulled up their courtesy car to cool it down for a ride out to burger joint even though we SS'd the fuel.

Nice airport, friendly people. Home of the annual Cessna 150/152 fly-in. Definitely a big help! Thanks!

24 hour self serve at Clinton, MO, which is 20c a gallon less expensive than delivered. Very nice facility for such a remote location. The young man who was at the field on Sunday was very friendly, and got our dog a bowl of water. The minor runway (14/32) is in less than perfect shape (grass in cracks, a bit uneven), but the main runway (03/21) is OK. Good refueling stop for sure. Very good air conditioned pilot area.

Excellent fuel stop. Made courtesy car available for 3-mile trip into town of Low Moor for a meal at the Low Moor Cafe. Good hamburgers at good prices with friendly service.
