Kim was our first phone contact from home after we decided to clear customs at KDAY. She was friendly, helpful and very professional. Then when we landed and taxied in front of the Homeland Security building to be inspected, Ryan (who is actually the manager) from Wright Bros. Was there to fuel us as soon as we were though our customs inspection. Then he gave us a ride over to their FBO building, which is conveniently next door. Inside we had the pleasure of meeting Kim in person. She is an awesome customer service person. So capable and personable. Kim, Ryan and his very skilled team will ensure that we will want to return soon. Thanks for the great service!

Quick Stopover! Very good Line Service from Wright Brothers Aero! A quick call inbound and a Line Crew met us and parked us on the large Ramp. Line was quite busy with transient airplanes but we were refueled as soon as we were done flight planning our leg home! Great Job! We'll be back!
