Have flown in here on several occasions and have always been treated very well. Staff is always attentive and friendly even when not purchasing fuel. Will definitely be back in the future.

From Jack Shelton on 01-Oct-2009
I landed not long before closing time and got fast, friendly service from the one lineman manning the place. Very nice facilities! The airport's big, roomy and easy to navigate.

From David Johnson on 01-Sep-2009
8-29-09 went to Dubuque and Galena IL for the weekend. Used Jet Service for fuel and tie down. Great crew. The girls working gave us fantastic tips on where to eat (If you haven't tried Vinny's in Galena I would suggest doing so). Hats off to the great crew and service in Dubuque.

From Paul Anderson on 01-Aug-2009
Stopped by for fuel and dinner. The staff was courteous, cheerful and attentive. They went out of their way to offer dining suggestions and directions and let us borrow the crew car for the drive to the restaurant. The facilities are great too. I highly recommend Dubuque Jet Center to any one visiting KDBQ.

From Lyle Prouse on 13-Jul-2009
Nice folks. They hangared my airplane when severe wx moved in and I appreciated it. Cost was reasonable also.

From Gene Cartier on 30-Jun-2009
Stopped to RON on the way to VA. They helped me find a hotel and cab. Service from the FBO was great. My only issue with the airport is that there are no hotels near by. It seems that it out in the middle of nowhere and it is a pricey taxi ride to downtown.

They didn't offer to wash our windows or provide a free car but... Great service nevertheless. The line person came out as we were exiting the runway after touchdown, got the Avis rental car paperwork ready and we were on the road to Galena in less than 10 minutes! I love it that the car was parked right at the entrance. Very nice facilities too. As a side note - Avis seems to have a "day rate" of you're using less than 6 hours, which they charged me $16 - what a great deal. Keep it up AVIS and KDBQ Jet Center!

I was based at DBQ for a job and the Jet Center did a good job on fueling and services though as the name implies you will be second to serve if there are jets present. There is a very large flight school on the field so expect lots of training traffic on weekdays.

From Devin Pearce on 15-Mar-2009
Stopped in Dubuque for fuel and a bite to eat. Tim and Jaimie at Dubuque Jet Center were extremely helpful and gave us the crew car for a quick run into town for dinner. Very courteous staff, great fuel prices, and a nice facility. Will definitely stop here again.

From Ryan Dee on 24-Oct-2008
Dubuque jet center staff was courteous and helped get me in touch with Hertz to arrange after-hours pick up of a rental car. Very convenient. $6 overnight tie-down fee (waived with fuel purchase, I believe).

From D. McGrew on 12-Oct-2008
We planned this stopover due to all the previous positive comments. Unfortunately, the staff acted as if they were put out by having to deal with us. Lineman and lady at the desk staff were totally preoccupied with the local skydivers and were curt and rude with our crew. We liked the food at the terminal, but won't be back to the Jet Center.

From Jeffrey Kyff on 30-Sep-2008
Stopped over night... Great service, friendly helpful, shuttle to hotels available. Nice town..

From Warren Bishop on 13-Jul-2008
Very good service & accommodations for our plane. We hangared it due to thunderstorms in area. All personal friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant in terminal with good food, reasonably priced.

From TJ Chase on 27-Jun-2008
For me, it doesn’t get any better than Dubuque Jet Center. After being a flight student at the University and seeing how great the service is you take it for granted when you go somewhere else. The line service goes out of their way to accommodate all of your needs, and the ladies behind the desk are some of the best in the business. Dubuque Jet Center is at the top of my list, and I will be back every chance I get. Oh, and if you are hungry, check out the restaurant in the terminal, best BLT sandwich around! I just want to say thanks again to the entire staff at DBQ for a great experience and you will be seeing me again soon!

Stopped in on my Student Solo Cross country. Called ahead. They met us on the ramp and offered to wash windows while we went to dinner. These folks were the best! It was late in the evening (and I am sure they were ready to go home for the night but NEVER mentioned it) and they were very willing to let us use the courtesy car (A NEW Dodge HHR BTW!) to go get a bite in town. We didn’t fuel and were treated like royalty red carpet buyers! I will be back as often as possible! Experts in service here! Don’t hesitate to stop at all. Clean facility 100% and FAMILY FRIENDLY! Thanks a bunch!

From Duane R. Amann on 26-Aug-2007
Nice folks. Excellent service. The guys at Dubuque Jet Center were able to provide us rental car and hotel accommodations as well as the fuel we requested. No oxygen service readily available on Saturday. Another facility provides the O2 but is Monday through Friday only with a hefty call out charge for weekend. Too bad. The Jet Center folks were great. Nice stop. Nice FBO!

From Brian W. Bosenberg on 01-Aug-2007
Dubuque Jet Center provided great service for a fuel and lunch stop. Took care of all of our needs for our Skylane RG and pointed us down the street for a nice lunch at the terminal. Great people & great service!

From Dick Welsh on 14-Jul-2007
Great service and a very nice facility. The self-serve has been contaminated for awhile, and no one seems to be interested in fixing it. Be prepared to pay the full service price.

From Jason Kelly on 29-May-2007
Great facility. I was marshaled in without calling and warmly welcomed. Our Skyhawk took on all of 13 gallons and we were offered the crew car free of charge. We'll be back.

From Larry Schneider on 22-May-2007
Great service and attitude. Nice price on hotel in town with shuttle service. Lots of neat places in town within walking distance.

From Ron Saeger on 01-Jan-2007
Great hours service and prices. We stop here whenever it's near our route.

From Brian Lubinski on 13-Dec-2006
Gordy and the staff at Dubuque Jet Center have been absolutely wonderful in more ways than one. Line service, of course, has been wonderful, but they often go beyond with personal transportation into town and great food at the FBO. Thanks to all the staff and the Dubuque Jet Center and Merry Christmas!
