Friendly, competent, and helpful personnel at KDNN helped make our visit pleasurable despite the circumstances. Cole Aviation repaired our ailing Tiger and made arrangements to allow us to pick the plane up on a Saturday. Would recommend this airport, FBO, and Cole to fellow aviators.

Absolute great experience today at Dalton Municipal Airport! We flew in from Mark Anton - Dayton, TN to look for residential flooring. Used one of the courtesy cars. Ben (the flight line manager) helped use with directions and was prompt on the frequency with parking suggestions, etc. Had no problem with the self-serve (which is available 24/7.) I have to refute the previous submission, for one thing... Ben told me that there is NO CALL OUT FEE for GA single engine aircraft...Only jet aircraft. Also - self-serve is 24/7. My experience was that it couldn't have possibly been any better, unless the FBO was handing out $100 bills!!!

Not GA friendly for single engine pilots. Landed at 6:30 PM called the after hours number and spoke with Justin the airport manager. He said the after hours call out fee was $150 since we was a single engine aircraft. Justin said if I had a twin engine the call out fee would be $50, which is more reasonable. His greedy call out prices hurts the City and Airport. We left this airport and went and got 50 gallons of fuel at a neighboring airport use their Courtesy car and got a hotel room in their city. If you're a single engine pilot I would strongly suggest you keep flying. Any questions give me a call 417-669-3415
