  A couple of weeks ago, I had an overnight close to DPA. I used their online scheduling system to make a reservation. Worked perfectly. The weather was gloomy when I arrived in late evening. I was met planeside by a courtesy shuttle and whisked directly to my hotel. After my meeting the following day, the plane was topped off as requested and I was out in short order. The alternative, going through ORD or MDW on a commercial flight, would have been miserable. DFC at KDPA is a top notch FBO, an I would award 6 stars if possible.

  The customer service from the desk staff and ramp crew is paramount at this facility. The crew lounge is one of the best I've ever seen, complete with a large kitchen. But the best part is the gym! You guys are doing it right by providing flight crews the ability to grab a full workout and then shower afterwards. Thank you!

  Odd bag here. I'll give the place five stars because I think we caught the linemen off guard when we arrived. It is easy to give them the benefit of the doubt goes to them based on the rest of the encounter was so spot on. The bad... No line guy to meet the plane. No offer help to unload once they did show up... My wife and I were flying with an infant and it was close to 95 degrees out... No rental car... Maybe I expect too much but when I rent a car through an FBO, I have come to expect the car will meet the plane upon arrival. The good... Staff on the phone was spot on. Follow up was stellar. Fuel in plane in minutes after contact with line guy. Staff inside was spot on... Very friendly and very professional. Fuel prices were competitive... Parking was fair... Place was spotless... Kitty Hawk Cafe was fantastic... The rental car DuPage Flight Center arranged was priced fairly... On the way out... Great service.

  Excellent stop in the Chicago area. Treated the same way in my Piper piston single as I am in a jet. Fueling was prompt, rental car brought plane side, and very friendly line staff and customer service staff. Fees for parking are incredibly reasonable for an airport of this caliber. Will try to make this a regular visit if I decide to fly my plane up to see my family again!

  Stopped in on the way to OSH with an award winning airplane that had just been donated to our museum. Heavy thunderstorms were headed our way so as I taxied in called on the radio and asked if it was possible to be put in a hangar and was told ok. I was put into a huge empty hangar a very long way from the terminal. Was given a ride back to the terminal and was then told the price for the hangar. Too late to change my mind, so asked them to consider that we were a non-profit and would they consider donating the space. The man behind the counter blew up on me and said "Why don't we just put everyone in the hangar for free then!" I didn't want to argue with him so I paid their ridiculous hangar fee and left the next morning. There are plenty of other options around Chicago to not have to put up with this kind of treatment. My normal stop is Lewis University, family lives close by, but they were out of town this time so I pressed on. Lewis is a great stop and they always hangar us free.

  Flew to DuPage recently in a small single engine plane. The staff at DuPage Flight Center has always been polite and helpful. The place is really designed for jets, but it seems like its never that busy and they always accommodate the small guys. The fuel price is a little higher but I guess I expect that closer to Chicago.

  Pulled up at the ramp and was quickly met by a line guy. He was very friendly and had the plane tied down and me in the golf cart in a couple of minutes. The ladies inside were super helpful and had me in my Enterprise rental car in no time. There was no overnight fee with a fill up of a whopping 20 gallons. This is a great FBO and I'll be there again when I have business in Chicago.

  Beautiful facility, excellent service. I also rented from Hertz, but had no problems. Good choice to reach downtown Chicago, with limo service easily arranged. Had minor electrical problem, they were able to tow me to A/P service who had me fixed and ready to go quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

  While FBO staff was friendly, the POOR rating goes to HERTZ for their FRAUDULENT REFUELING CHARGES assessed on rentals through this FBO. Although I got a great deal on a compact car for the day, it was NOT GREAT to be charged $14 by Hertz as a Refueling Charge for a car returned FULL of gas. If FBO doesn't take and attach a copy of your fuel receipt to the rental agreement those crooks WILL charge you at Hertz. After three calls over five days and emailing the receipt to Hertz twice, there is no refund. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. DON'T RENT FROM HERTZ AT THIS FBO. I encourage DPA Flight Center to establish a relationship with another car rental agency that doesn't assess fraudulent charges on its customers.

  Arrived at DuPage Saturday and experienced great customer service. DuPage Flight Center is first class all the way. Arrived just before the rain did. Line personnel met us on the ramp, gave us the use of their golf cart to get our bags to the loading area, had us fueled and in the hangar pronto. Made our stay there a very nice one.

  Great service. Front desk ladies were very helpful. I have been here a few times in the past month and it is the loudest crew room I have been in. Always people walking through making noise. Tough to catch a catnap with all the activity
