Made a quick cross-country into KEEN today with a friend. Stopped over and parked at the fuel ramp, but the maintenance guys were awesome. Fantastic New England airport with friendly people!

Flew into EEN last Saturday to visit my daughter at the college. As always the service is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Their courtesy car was available. Sorry I missed the free barbeque they were having that day! Terrific FBO!

We flew in to KEEN on a mission. We wanted to go cut down a Christmas tree and take it home in the airplane. The courtesy car was taken, so Beth at Monadnock Aviation rented us an inexpensive car and gave us excellent directions to the best tree farm in the area. It was an absolutely beautiful place. When we returned, Rick and Beth helped us wrap up the tree and get it into the airplane. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Keen is an excellent place to visit, and we cannot speak highly enough about the job Rick and Beth are doing running Monadnock Aviation.

Flew into KEEN back in October to attend an FAA safety seminar. On our way out we discovered that your NAV light was burnt out and thus per FAA requirements couldn't depart at night without it. Rick (?) from the FBO helped us out without hesitation and called his mechanic to find the right bulb for us to use. We replaced it and went on our merry way in no time! Thank you Rick! The building itself is clean and modern and has a very special "old-time" feel of an airport from the 1950s to it. If you are flying into EEN for the first time be advised that the FBO is off taxiway R at the departure end of the 6200ft rwy 2. Unless you decide to make a long landing to vacate onto twy R, expect some taxi time to get there.

Excellent is no understatement..... All I can say is thank you to Beth and Rick will certainly be back from Toronto Canada next year mainly because of this incredible wonderful run FBO.....

An outstanding FBO. Richard and Beth provided us with excellent support and had a definite can-do attitude. Small town feel with beautiful views. Can't wait to go back after the ramp construction is done to see how much better the operation becomes.

Absolute first class, friendly service. We were met on the ramp with a gracious welcome and a chock, a courtesy that is becoming more rare these days. Exceptionally nice family run business, great fuel prices, a van to visit the beautiful town of Keene, and a choice of restaurants, to include an excellent Indian restaurant adjacent to the FBO.

Flew into Keene this past week and experienced a burst tire on landing roll out. The FBO manager was flying at the time but cut his flight short to help us out. He also called his wonderful & experienced mechanic to replace the tire & make sure everything was ship shape. I couldn't have been more pleased with Monadnock Aviation and hope for great things in the future for the FBO. Thanks again for everything I am truly in your debt.

Wow! Friendliest FBO I've been to. Beth treated us like we were long time friends. They loaned us the courtesy van but the battery was dead, so Richard loaned us his personal truck to go into town with. Beth's restaurant recommendation (Luca's) was right on the money (and good on the money). I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend Monadnock Aviation.

I just flew up to Keene this afternoon to visit my daughter in school. The courtesy car was waiting for me while I enjoyed several hours around Keene. What a treat! Upon returning to the FBO, my battery had gone dead with the cold wind and temps near zero. Rick went out of his way to tow me to a heated hangar, plug in my engine heater, and charge up my battery. Unbelievable customer service - you're the best, Rick! Keep up the good work. You have my business for the next four years and I'll be spreading the good word! -

Just had one of the best examples of customer service in 20 years of flying. We flew in after hours and were met by Rick with a red carpet at our door. Loaned us the crew car to pick our son up at college and go out to dinner. He even recommended a great restaurant and made the reservation for us. No rush to get back as he let us leave the car even though they were closed. Fuel at a fair price and no after hour’s charges. It is a shame this is the exception and not the standard for FBO's. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them!

My son and I visited KEEN and found Beth & Richard Bendal to be very accommodating and friendly. They are relatively new owners to Monadnock Aviation and are well on their way to a successful venture. The gas prices are very reasonable and the FBO is all set up with everything you would want. They even have New Hampshire maple syrup for sale. They loaned us the courtesy van with no questions asked. I also inquired on their pricing for an annual on my Archer III and they were very reasonable. One of the greatest day trips I have taken in some time. I highly recommend you stop in.

Visited KEEN to eat at the India Pavilion restaurant, but they were all at some wedding-so the new FBO gave us keys to their courtesy van and we went into downtown Keene, and had a great lunch (the FBO's great recommendation). Very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even though we were there for a few hours--the best run FBO I've been to. Fuel prices were great as well!!! Will be back.

I flew in yesterday for the Indian restaurant and discovered Monadnock. KEEN finally has a real FBO! Friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced fuel. Exactly what the airport needed. Response from Richard Bendel, Manager, Monadnock Aviation
