Attempted to arrange a weekend trip arriving Saturday for tiedown, fuel, and car. Was told I'd have to arrange the car myself. Tried with numbers given and was told I'd have to "take a cab" to get the car. Seems like they really don't want/care about transient customers. Went to ILG instead and got great service.

Planned a day trip to the Summit area. I called ahead to the FBO and advised them that I would be there around noon and leave around 08:00 PM. Upon my arrival they acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about and the attendant behind the counter said I could not have access to my plane after 06:00 PM because the gates would be locked and no one would be around. She refused to give me the gate combination and I had to ask her to call the airport manager. After some discussion the manager gave the attendant the combination and told me that it would only be good for that day and they were going to change the combination the next day. For such a small airport, you would think I was asking for the keys to Fort Knox.

Decent facility with ample parking and courteous staff. The nearby Hampton Inn is new and very upscale (compared to others) and the staff is great.
