First visit to this facility and I will be coming back. Quick turn was done in a timely matter, and the line staff was on top of things. CSR's were very friendly and helpful..All these things added up to a great experience. National Jets has me as a new customer now....Thanks

Excellent experience at National Jet. Lots of immediate help at airplane at shutdown and departure. GPU hooked up without prompting or charge. A good choice for KFLL. Make sure you strongly request 9L (and not 9R) to avoid 15 minutes of taxi and hold shorts getting to this FBO located on the north side of the airport.

The best line guys in the country, hands down. Came in a Falcon 10 and those guys were handling bags before the engines spooled down.

I have been flying into FLL and using National Jets since 1993. Since that time I have visited several thousand FBOs across the country. National Jets has the friendliest and most consistent staff in the country. You can fuel up on their ramp or at customs and get the same quick, professional service. National Jets at FLL is the place to go if you are flying to S. Florida.

Frequently fly through FLL. National Jets is my personal favorite in the country. Recently had an unbelievable turn at customs requiring fuel and luggage assistance along with a last minute and rather particular catering order. Extremely fast and professional. Consistent service, whether buying no fuel or 3, 000 gallons. Russ and Russ Jr. Are unparalleled.

I fly in and out of FLL operating both Jet and Turbo aircraft. We have used all of the FBOs on the field but I really like National Jets. In the past I have had nothing but good service from them. However I flew into FLL and parked at National Jets on February 28, 2007. I gave the FBO my fuel order and went ahead and paid for the fuel and left to go to the hotel due to my time of departure late that night. When I returned I check to ensure the fuel had been pumped but it wasn't. After a 30-minute delay and talking with the line supervisor it was determined they had fueled the wrong airplane. So PICs beware and don't assume you got your fuel.

National Jets provided top-notch professional service to my Citation on their ramp and on our way back they were waiting at Customs to help with our bags. The catering they provided was excellent.

I made four flights from Marathon to FLL to pick up family in the last ten days. The people at National could not have been nicer. They treated my Cherokee like it was a Bizjet. There is no customer service problem the staff cannot solve, with a smile. No other place to stop at FLL.
