A group of 4 of us and our aircraft traveled from Missouri down to Florida and were planning an overnight stop here because they have a courtesy car, good hotels and an open-ended shelter that we were able to put our aircraft in overnight. However, despite assurance that they would find a way to get us to the hotels if the car was not available, this never happened, and we were going to have to walk the mile and 1/2. We found a very sketchy, run-down cab that took us to the hotel, but it was not available in the morning and half our group had to get the hotel to take pity on them to take them back. While the airport and FBO are nice, and fuel is available, I do not recommend stopping here for the night unless you are certain the crew car is available. We were initially impressed with the indicated customer service, and then very disappointed when we were abandoned.Response from Ward Ketring, Airport Manager, Perry-Foley Airport Henry the courtesy car is just that, a FREE courtesy car, not a rental. There is no guaranteed availability. I always say that to anyone that calls trying to reserve it. It's first come, first serve. It sounds like the free hangar worked out. I've looked back over my call log for Saturday and I don't find where this person even tried to call. I'm the only person who would have answered. It's difficult to help someone that doesn't call. Thanks for the comment, next time we'll try to do better.

Perry-Foley Airport is always a stop on my way to see our son from Louisiana to south Florida and back. This time my plane would not start after fueling. I was able to get a jump of which I was so grateful. Thank you, Ward, for your assistance. Then I made it to a larger airport with maintenance on site but thankful for the kind helping spirit in that GA community. Sincerely, Mae
