We were also greeted by a very nice gentleman who air'd our tires, carried in our cooler and gave us a nice cool place to have lunch! Weather/flight computer was great with a printer!! Clean, nice courteous people, ice machine, good fuel price...A+ stop.

Great FBO, just bought a plane from their Burlington Operation and had some issues that I wanted fixed, Was supposed to be here for a day but they found some other small issues and offered to fix them. Gave me the crew car to take to a hotel. Great service department, they had 3-4 guys on my plane right when I pulled in, by the time I was unloaded from my plane they had the engine exposed ready to work.

Excellent experience. Crew car was available for the client without change and I was given another to go to town for breakfast. Quick, courteous, clean facility, great folks ready to help. What more is there?

We stopped on a Saturday to wait out the low ceilings to the east. Friendly people with WSI weather available in a flight planning area. Nice lounge area to wait in. Self-serve pump is down the ramp from Jet Air. Made it a good stop.

Stopped in for fuel enroute to Tulsa in a Citabria. I was promptly greeted by a lineman who offered me the self serve option If I chose but I was happy to have him fuel the plane instead. Office staff were very nice and helpful. They offered me a crew car without asking and quickly got me underway to battle the headwinds. Nice clean facility and very nice staff. Great place to stop.

Spent the day here waiting on some clients. They provided me a crew car free of charge. I went into town for two hours, got lunch, and walked around some. Very nice facilities. It's a 5 minute drive into town I believe.

Stopped at KGBG on 2/6/06 while bringing my new plane down from Minnesota (KFCM). They let us use a car to go into town to get lunch. I will use this stop in the future.

We flew into KGBG over the Thanksgiving week and had to do 2 roundtrips btw KAPA and KGBG. We staged the T182T at Jet Air in between trips. The folks were great and assisted with a jump start w/o charge the one time we needed it. These guys did not nickel & dime us. BTW, they have a nice fleet of Kings and Citations for their 135 ops.

Had an appointment with Dave in avionics. He got our transponder and encoder certified and even stayed a little late on a Friday to make sure it was done right. Nice pilot lounge with big screen tv and satellite. Adequate computer for checking weather and flight planning. Let us take the courtesy car to grab lunch. Great people, great service.

Jet Air and the family who runs it are what's right with small-town America! They will drop everything to help with a maintenance problem, logistics issue. Even if it's a little out of your way, I highly suggest giving them a heads' up and stopping in. Especially if it's around the time of the Stearman Fly-In. Thanks for another great year guys!
