Our stop at this quiet little airport was very pleasant. The managers live on the field and were very friendly and helpful. The courtesy car is a beat-up blue ex-Air Force staff car that ran well and got us into town for a quick bite at one of several restaurants. The pilot lounge is comfortable and has goodies for sale.

Very friendly stop. Loaned us a car for a trip into town. Not required to top off tanks or anything to use the car. They just ask a small donation towards car upkeep.

Cheap fuel and helpful people make this a great place to stop. Fast food and a few restaurants are 5 minutes away in their courtesy car. The airport and fuel pumps are easy in/easy out, and there's plenty of parking area. Pilot lounge/passenger area is clean and very adequate. FSS has RCO on field, so it's easy to pick up a clearance on the ground. Good airport.
