Superb FBO- Arrived on June 29th- for 3 days. Terrific service on line and with car rental. Great place to visit.

Stayed a week in the summer and needed to get the starter adapter replaced on my Cessna 340. I dread 'away from home maintenance' however; these guys did a great job for a fair price. Line service was also super. Thank you.

Took a PC-12 into GPI about a month ago. Same outstanding service as we've always come to expect. Keep up the great work

Flew in 7/29 with my PA-30. Been here several times before but in uniform with a CE-560XL and received excellent service. Different treatment as a GA pilot. Unicom not actively monitored...Called multiple times, responded on 5th try. Desk had it turned down as it's an 'annoyance'. Self Service fuel is located across a runway from the ramp...No receipt and nice ladies behind counter did not know how to produce one. Price quoted was well above that listed currently on site for SS... $4.37 gal. Promised to mail me one...Still waiting. No parking guidance provided when taxing from self-service gas. Tie down fee not waived with purchase of fuel. Given wrong rental car contract. Inadequate to non-existent flight planning and no aviation wx...Used NOAA. Finally...A pet peeve of mine...Please do not answer the phone numerous times when I'm there in person waiting to conduct business with you...Put them on hold not me.

The personnel at Edwards were friendly and helpful in all aspects of our arrival and stay in Kalispell. Short walk from the south FBO building to commercial terminal for flight connections or hotel shuttles. Keep in mind that the self-serve pumps are a long taxi to the north end of the field across runway 30.

Great FBO. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding us a room near Glacier National Park. They also provided us with maps, restaurant guides and a guide to the national park. A first class operation. The next time we're in the area we will book our car through them because the Avis counter in the terminal overcharged us when we returned our car.

We have the pleasure of visiting Kalispell several times a month. Often times we leave the airplane with Edwards Jet Center for a week at a time or longer. They always take great care of our airplane and us. Could not ask for more from an FBO, Thanks!!!

These folks have been absolutely fantastic. I recently made two Saturday morning flights into Kalispell, tying down at Edwards for the few hours I was in town. They happily arranged a rental car on both occasions and drove it up to me (in a lowly Cessna 182) upon my arrival. The last time I inadvertently left my digital camera in the back seat of the rental. They found it and left a message on my cell phone by the time I had arrived back to my home base in Missoula, and then Fed Ex’d it to me the next day. All this for what was less than $50 in avfuel on each of my visits. In short, Jackie and Shannon went way above and beyond the call of duty. These people KNOW good customer service!!!

These guys were good. They exemplified what Customer Service means. They comp me a de-ice on a C-340 because they couldn't get all the ice off when they pulled it into their hangar. Three guys trying to get it clean and ready to go...that's good service. Nice facilities. Definitely recommend them to any and all.

Very professional operation: easy, clean, and prompt!

Arrived in the middle of an airshow and despite the Edwards employees being very busy, they were still very helpful with finding us a hotel and rental car. I will not think twice about returning to this FBO.

Great experience with line person who initially guided us to parking. He took the initiative to go get our rental car for us since the desk folks were "running slow today". We parked for 2 nights ($5 per night in tie down fees not waived with fuel purchase). When we got back to the plane the left fuel cap was jammed on crooked (something that lots of line folks tend to do with Mooneys) and there was a big streak of excess fuel running down the top of the wing. Whoever topped us off didn't bother to even wipe up their mess. The young lady at the front desk was dressed nicely, and competent but not very friendy or happy to be there. Good pilot lounge with computer access for weather updates. It's an OK FBO, I'd rate them a 7 out of 10. Next time I'll use the self-serve fuel.
