Excellent staff at this FBO! Will stop here again!

What a gem of an airport for our transient needs! Questionable weather left us looking for a place to park our Mooney close enough to IND that we could fly commercial airlines for the middle legs of our trip. No tiedown or ramp fees, very comfortable lounge, Lyft/Uber and car rentals available, nearby hotels; all made HFY the complete solution for us -- Six stars!

Met the manager Lori last Friday. Always been a good facility, but you can see how her leadership has affected and shaped the work ethic there. Its like day and night from the previous regime. Well done! They are also CAA, which is huge for us. We will be back!!

Made an unscheduled landing here as I thought a hurricane was whipping up just west of Indianapolis. I waited out the storm for about 90 minutes here, fueled up, and was entertained by some very friendly folks offering to help me in any way I needed. Great place to stop and/or fuel on the south side of Indy.

Helpful front desk staff. They offered a $35 flat rate rental car, which I drove into the city. That seemed like a good deal to me.

I stopped in Greenwood for fuel on my way from Los Angeles to New Jersey in my C177RG. Easy in and out, very nice facilities for a municipal airport, on par with major FBO's. Good fuel prices. Self-serve was out of paper, so the front desk typed a receipt for me. Nice gesture. I would stop here again.

Could not have had a better experience. Line crew and manager were very accommodating and made our visit very pleasant. Hangar and fuel is priced right and this is a fantastic alternative to going into IND. Thanks!

Prior comments must have been from a transient getting help from the great line staff. New airport manager however is NON-responsive to basic questions. If you want a General Aviation friendly airport go anywhere else!

Recent Trip to Indy and the folks at Greenwood were awesome. Rental car lined up and waiting. Departing - pulled rental car into the heated hangar for loading /pre-flight. Then towed us out to the ramp.... Keeping us Texans out of the 15 degree temps with wind chills way colder. Thumbs up.
