This is my 2nd time to Million Air HOU and I am completely impressed with their service. Cars are ALWAYS pulled up to the plane. Christina at the front desk and Brad the FBO manager as in all their staff go out of the way to make my visit a very positive and hassle free experience. No matter whether I am flying the company plane or my Bonanza I am treated exactly the same. EXCELLENT!!!

We quick turned, and ALL of the young ladies behind the counter were absolutely fantastic. Fuel truck was waiting, catering was ready, and each of them asked if there was anything else that I needed. Couldn't ask for more. Also, as expected from any Million Air, the facility was spotless and welcoming. THANKS SO MUCH! 100%

Watch for the add on’s to service no matter how small! Flew into Houston Hobby today and arrived at Million Air terminal. Service was good. I expected to pay a ramp fee, which was the usual $50.00. What I didn't expect was the $42.00 Labor charge to put two quarts of oil into my aircraft. I asked about the charge and the girl behind the counter said that just the way they do it. All the attendant did was add the oil. I had opened up the cowl and opened the filler and placed my funnel into the spout. The price didn't include the cost of the oil either! Be careful!!!! Will be the last time I purchase oil from Million Air!
Response from Brad Primm, Million Air Houston Thanks for your comment on AirNav. We don't want any customer to go away feeling that they did not receive the value they paid for. In this case, one of our mechanics applied our half hour minimum repair station rule to this line maintenance function and should have only charged for the time spent. We apologize for the mistake and will credit the overcharge.

Million Air know how to train there people to a very professional level. We received on our last stay exceptional great service from the line people and of course of the very charming lady's behind the desk, who were extremely friendly, polite and help full at all times. Defiantly the place to go at HOU. :-)

Stopped at Million Air for a two-day business trip. Facilities are fabulous, and everyone was as friendly and helpful as they could be. Fuel prices are the best that can be had at Hobby. After several unbelievably terrible experiences with Million Air at Addison (ADS), their facility at HOU was a really pleasant surprise. Well done, folks!

BummerI went over to Hobby on a trip to pickup two college kids who were coming home for spring break, so we picked Million Air. Come in a Bonanza had to make sure we didn't have a G-IV...Treated royally, when we needed to go to airline side to get the kids.... Here are the keys to the Bummer (brand new!)...Wonderful treatment...Would not consider anyone else...Good job Million Air

I flew in this morning on an Angle Flight transporting a cancer patient from Dallas. Arrived at 730 and the service was top notch. As soon as we shut down the ambulance pulled up behind us ready for the patient. All of the Million Air personal did everything in their power to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them for any of your flying needs. Million Air's outstanding facilities and service have won me over.

The best FBO I have ever been to. I flew in November of 2006 in a Cessna 172 to do some recruiting for Kansas State's aviation program. Before I got out of the airplane my rental car was behind the aircraft and two linemen were ready to attend to whatever I needed! I've never been treated like that flying the C525! They were most helpful, in fact almost insisted they make my hotel reservation which was at a great place and at a great rate. Fantastic coffee, fantastic treats, fantastic staff!
