Stopped in for fuel on Thursday 10/17/24. On a trip from LUG to ROC. Fast and friendly! Offered me several courtesies if I needed them. Since I needed a quick turnaround, they took care of that as well! I stopped in again on my return trip on Sunday and once again was met with the most helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Mount Sterling. Brandon had checked Flightaware before leaving for the day and saw my pending arrival. He waited around until I landed, brought the crew car around and gave me some local recommendations. Next morning, the plane was fueled and ready before I arrived. Can't ask for better customer service than that!
