Our Company has been flying in and out of Kissimmee. Signature has been giving us top-notch service consistently. Specifically Heather, behind the desk is a pleasure to work with. The rare problems are dealt with quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Keep your plane cool and dry under than canopy and enjoy a stress free layover here!!

This is a super FBO. We had to put our C172 down to wait out some t-storms that were preventing us from reaching our destination (20 miles away). They offered us a loaner car; there were snacks and juice, comfortable lounge chairs, good flight planning/weather computers. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. It was a very positive experience; you won't find a better place to wait out some Florida summer weather.

Signature Flight, especially Heather and the front desk ladies, far exceeded "standard" FBO services normally offered. I had young children traveling with me, and they really went out of their way to make the kids comfortable and they enjoyed their first experience flying in a small aircraft. Flew in with a Cessna, and got the service of a Gulfstream! Cost of services was actually less than the "cheap gas" FBO on the field, once all of the other FBO's hidden fees were added up, will definitely be back to see Signature in the future.

Shelly and Sandy make the extra fuel cost not a factor for me. The rental car waiting at the plane, offer for any assistance you could possibly need from a cool drink to a hotel or area information. Signature made the right choice in keeping these girls when they took over from marathon. Keep up the good work and as I go there several times a year I would never go to any other FBO on the field. Stop one time and I am sure you won't either.

Flew into KISM for the first time on Wed, wasn't too familiar with any of the FBO's, so decided to stop at Signature. As soon as we pulled off the taxiway, Shelly was outside to marshal us under the canopy. Inside, the FBO was outstanding, Shelly was very friendly, and enjoyed the entire experience. Will use Signature again in the future!

Upon arrival at KISM we learned that Marathon was now operated by Signature, and that was not welcome news. However, the fuel price was much better than what we have come to expect from Signature at other locations, and all the other services were great. More than one crew car available, and a decent pilot lounge. A good experience - one can only hope this environment doesn't change.

ICE CREAM!! They now have FREE ice-cream, in addition to the free soft drinks, water, cookies, coffee, and popcorn. OK, sure the fuel prices are still the hightest on the field, but the services and amenities are well-worth the 50 cents per gallon. Thanks, Heather...You continue to rock!

What a great FBO. Dealing with many out-of-town clients, who have never been to ISM, it is always the task of explaining the way the system works. When anyone that I have sent there arrives, they compliment me on a good choice of FBO - however, I cannot take an ounce of credit. They are always professional, friendly, and the service is top-notch and world-class. Besides that, there is always "Welcome to Kissimmee" over the radio when checking in. With the all-round great service from Marathon and ATC, why would anyone go anywhere else?

Flying to Orlando was great thanks to the people at Marathon. I made my alternate of Leesburg to drop off my sister, and then called Marathon in Kissimmee to see if anyone would still be there. Brian answered the "after hours" number and told me there would be a $50 call-out fee, but that I could avoid that by parking my C-172 under the canopy, locking the plane, and putting a chock on the wheel. Well, when I arrived at KISM, they did one better: Nathan and two of crew were there at Marathon waiting for me (with NO CALL-OUT FEE). These guys were amazing, even offering me a cold drink after landing at 11:15 pm. Other than the high gas prices, this is far-and-away a FIRST CLASS operation. When I returned in the morning, Brian took care of renting me a car and getting me set up with fuel. No matter what you fly, you are treated with respect. Bravo guys (and gal!)

Great experience at this FBO! I was called a few days prior to arrival just to "be sure" everything was ready for my stay. Had several folks meet me at the plane and gladly help with luggage. A storm system came through and they happily (and cheaply) put my plane in a hangar until I was ready for departure. Knowing my plane was safe really made my trip more enjoyable. The weather was poor the day I left but they had FOUR linemen waiting at my plane to help me load up! All in all, a great stay at an FBO that truly knows how to treat pilots and their passengers! Thanks guys!

Second time at Marathon. Staff was very friendly, two men met us at the plane helped us with our luggage & ordered a taxi before I even entered the building. The girl at the counter even remembered us from our last visit, offered us water as we waited. Unfortunately, when we left the same girl was not working. I called ahead at least three hours before my departure asking for my plane to be pulled up under the canopy. When I arrived not only was my plane out on the ramp but also there was not a single airplane under the canopy! As we departed one aircraft arrived but there is space for two. I know larger planes spend more on fuel, but in an industry that you never know whom your dealing with I would expect all of the staff to give top service.

I have flown our Premier to KISM on several occasions and I always choose Marathon. The staff is very nice, and the line service is very competent and efficient. They always have the rental car waiting under the canopy, even if I forget to radio ahead. Just today, I was waiting for my passengers to arrive and didn't want to mess with the crew car for lunch. The front desk lady knew I was hungry, and offered me half of her sandwich to eat. These people have taken customer service to the highest level if you ask me. I know there are other FBOs on the field, but I will continue to go to Marathon. These guys are awesome!!

Called ahead to make sure they had space for us during NBAA. Jeanne took great care to make sure we had everything from a car to a room. Car was waiting under the canopy when we arrived. Thanks for the great stop.

Have visited ISM numerous times over the last few years, this year during Sun & Fun and again first of October. Both these visits were with Marathon. The facilities and staff were first rate. Although I was the only light twin among the jets, everyone was very friendly, and I was surprised to find my plane pulled right up front, under the canopy, (as I had called for fuel). First time ever for me. Thanks and will see you later in the year.

Had a trip into ISM with our company's Hawker stopping at Marathon for the first time. The previous information is correct. Line service and CSRs (Hi Shelley) were as courteous and helpful as can be. Boss' car was planeside, fuel truck was waiting, and everything went smooth. Give these guys your patronage whenever possible, great job.

Excellent Experience!! We arrived in a 172RG and were treated as if we owned a jet. The rental cars were waiting, the lineman helped with the luggage and the paperwork for the cars was ready, so no delay. We stayed overnight and they waived the ramp fee, even gave us water and bottle insulators for the trip back. We'll definitely come back. A+++++

Flew into KISM on March 18. We were directed to park under the large awning and as the engine was shutting down, the rental car pulled up. Terrific experience, looking forward to returning.

Flew in on 3/10/06 for a long day at Disney. I had called the week before to arrange for a limo and everything was there and waiting when we arrived. Service was excellent and we were off and on our way in less than five minutes after landing. Great experience.

Marathon is an excellent FBO - friendly, efficient service. They pulled the rental car right up to the aircraft and helped us unload. On departure, they helped load the aircraft and removed the rental car.
