I flew into Laconia a couple days ago from KBED in a rented Cessna 172. I had called ahead to ask if there was a courtesy car available and let them know I was flying in. They graciously offered the courtesy car and said they would be prepared when I arrived, and boy, they were not kidding! Immediately after landing and turning off the runway, the folks at Sky Bright called me over the KLCI Unicom and told me exactly where to park, which was right in front of the FBO entrance. The line worker had driven the courtesy car right next to the tie down spot and had it running, ready to go. Didn't even need to walk more than 10 feet! Certainly made my passengers and me feel special! No hassle taking the car. Best part is there is no landing or parking fee! I highly recommend Sky Bright, and KLCI in general for a stress-free and enjoyable flight. I will certainly be back!

Thanks for clearing the snow off my car while I was away in Florida. Sky Bright has given great service fueling and hangaring our planes.

I want to echo Mr. Copperman's experience with Sky Bright. I have been flying my Archer then Bonanza to LCI for 8 years, and continue to rate Lee and his team at Sky Bright as the BEST anywhere. From routine service to helping me out of jams to finding a warm hangar spot in midwinter, Sky Bright is the best.

I just got to NH for the summer and was surprised to see the negative comment about Skly Bright. I'm not sure whom that person dealt with but it couldn't have been the same folks I have been dealing with for the last 16 years. I have owned a Bonanza, Mirage and a Meridian and have found Lee, the FBO Manager, to be the nicest, most honest and most helpful individual I have had the pleasure of working with during my 40 years of flying. Lee has always been willing to go the extra mile including fueling me at off hours, finding me hangar space on a wintery night or finding me a rental car when none is available. His focus on keeping his customers happy clearly trickles down to his staff and I have found both his mechanics and his line staff to be equally helpful. I will continue to use and would highly recommend Sky Bright. As an aside, Lee just added a custom built 'golf cart' to get you from the ramp to the FBO. Holds six people and all your luggage - and sure beats walking.

I flew into LCI on an animal rescue mission planning on going to the self-serve. Not being familiar with the airport, I landed and asked on frequency where the self-serve was. A voice came on the radio and said "There is no self serve, but Sky Bright will be happy to help you with their fuel truck." Come to find after fuel was pumped that there is self serve, and someone (Sky Bright said it wasn't them) lied. Sky Bright discounted the fuel, but still was 25 cents per gallon more than the self-serve. As I took on over 100 gallons, that's a significant amount of money. Obviously, I can't prove whether or not a Sky Bright employee did this. The line guy seemed to think it was likely a CAP pilot. Regardless of whether or not it was Sky Bright, it would have been fair for them to match the price on the self serve given that I was coerced into ending up there.
