Stopped at Lordsburg for fuel. Was very impressed with the airport and FBO. Fritz was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, only he and I were at the airport when I stopped. This airport could use some support and activity from the community and to let Fritz know how much his work is appreciated.

Stopped for fuel on 1/10/2024. Fritz came out from the terminal when we shut down at the self-service fuel pumps. He gave us a pleasant greeting and provided most welcome help during refueling. We used the clean restrooms and appreciated the tidy and well-stocked pilot lounge. Fritz let me use his computer to print an updated nav log. The runway, ramp, and tie-downs are well maintained. We told Fritz we'd stop by to see him again.
