We're searching around for a new home. Mostly focusing on Eastern TN or Western NC. We decided to attend a SC Breakfast Club flyin at MKS this morning. What a treat. The breakfast & camaraderie of SCBC was awesome, and the staff at MKS were knock your socks off awesome. They even lowered the fuel price for the event to $5.40 (which is pretty darn aggressive these days). Regardless of whether we end up in TN or the Carolinas, both SCBC & MKS will be in future plans. Well done

What a great little airport! We flew into MKS for a recent trip to Charleston, and the service was top notch. The lineman met us on the ramp and practically had the airplane tied down before I got my stuff out. On the departure end, the same lineman was quick to help get the plane moved and fueled for us (and it sure doesn't hurt that fuel is almost $2/gal cheaper than my home airport!). It's an easy ride into Charleston, and this will definitely be our stop when we come back!

Flew in to Berkeley County on 4/2/2022.... Yep, I'm very late with my comment! It was my fuel stop on the way to Florida but turned into an overnight, as Florida was a mess of storms across the whole state and not ending any time soon. As soon as I stopped by the fuel Allen was there in a jiff. Self-Serve turned into Full Serve. He couldn't have been more helpful! Before I could get my tiedowns out he was already tying my plane down with his. Great FBO. Nice airport. Friendly, helpful, outstanding staff. Shared crew car with a couple from VT likewise en route to FL and stuck for wx. Great airport! Great service!

Nice airport. Runway, taxiways, ramp and FBO in very good shape. Self-Serve was Full Serve as I was met at the pump. A very worthwhile stop between New York and Florida

Great stop here recently in the Citation...The Berkeley County crew was very helpful from first radio call inbound, fueling, and crew car availability for a trip into town. Nice clean facility, very reasonable fuel prices, and service above and beyond. Thank you Berkeley County!
