Picked up an airplane at Marco that I had never seen before much less flown. The service was good and the staff was very accommodating spent a couple of hours making sure the airplane was good to go, borrowing ladders, tools etc. Very friendly, very helpful, thanks for the good service.

Flew in today for the first time to Marco Island on my Light Sports (LSA) airplane and as soon as I landed the staff was on the ramp and on the radio providing assistance. I was offered the FBO pickup truck for 2 hours and it allowed me to do some sightseeing and have a quick lunch in town. Great FBO and staff!

I was forced to divert to MKY this afternoon, and my call to the UNICOM was replied to in an instant when I requested parking instructions. They let me use the courtesy van for 2 hours, which was enough to visit the Marriott, walk around the beach, eat lunch, and come back. I even got to see dolphins as I drove over the bridge getting to the actual island on this beautiful day with not a cloud in the sky, warm sun, and cool breeze. Thank you to the people at Marco Island Executive Airport for their professionalism and helpfulness. They have a new ramp fee policy as follows: $15 for small planes waived with a minimum 10gal fuel purchase or an order to top off the plane (even if it ends up being less than 10 gallons - important for those people that leave Miami topped off). Will definitely be back in the near future!

We recently flew into MKY for a few days stay in our 421. Staff was helpful and courteous. They made us feel welcome even though there were many jets on the ramp. Good fuel prices. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Flew into Marco Island for a short trip on 11/16/2008. Extremely friendly staff at the FBO. They were extremely attentive: They monitored the frequency and waited with a handheld to direct us to our parking spot where our rental car was waiting. Upon shutdown, they tied down the airplane. Fuel upon departure was quickly put in. The facilities are very nice, and for those who come after the closing time of 7pm, there is a 24hour access to part of the building. Excellent FBO, which is seldom for places where there is only one! N17386.

Stopped at MKY on the way to Key West to wait out the weather in our Grumman Tiger. Immediately was guided to the tie down area and tied down by Thomas. Went inside and Maria was very happy to help us with the gas purchase and gave us the courtesy car to go for lunch. The FBO is nice, modern and clean with weather and Internet access. The people were very friendly and helpful along with some of the cheapest gas prices around. Would definitely stop in again.

Stopped in on the way home from KEYW for gas. Called the FBO on unicom 5 times and no one answered untill the 6th. When a man finally answered we asked if we could get a top off the man said "you have one minute left until I close." The time was 6:45pm. We parked and apologized for being so close to closing time. The man said rudely "you should have done better flight planning." During checkout I informed him that we had been calling him for a while and his reply (with attitude) was "I didn't hear you, you were probably stepping on everyone in the pattern" Funny there was no one in the pattern when we landed. I guess this FBO doesn't train employees on proper customer service!

Tom met us when we taxied in. He had our rental car right there at the plane, tied us down, fueled us and even printed us a map specific to our needs. All was done with a smile and we really appreciated the service we received!

Flew into MKY yesterday. It's a great facility with friendly people and good service. Once word of warning, if you request a taxi, you may end up with Town Car service at twice the price. We asked for a cab to the Snook Inn and Unlimited Airport rides charged us $30 for a ten-minute ride. We took A-OK Taxi back and it was $15. BTW, Unlimited Airport Rides has an ad in the FBO that says "$5 taxi rides anywhere on Marco Island." This is deceptive advertising since MKY is not actually on Marco "Island" and hence the $5 fare does not apply!

Arrived at Marco on a Saturday to a ramp full of Jets and other aircraft. I thought for sure that it would be a while for me to receive services for my aircraft. Fortunately for me, the staff at Marco Island Airport was working in high gear. They were quick to find out what I needed and even quicker delivering it. Many thanks!!!!

I went into MKY in my little C-172. The weather was not the best that day so I was eager to get on the ground. To my surprise, when landed, I was greeted over the Unicom by a nice young man (I think Tom was his name). He asked me how long I would be with Marco and kindly directed me to a tie-down. Before I could get out of my airplane, he had tied the plane down and was waiting for further instruction. He then helped me with my luggage and directed me to the terminal where I was able to secure a cab to the island. I travel around a lot and always enjoy being treated like a million-dollar jet. I now see why Marco Island is the place to go for great service and nice people.

Flew to Marco for the second annual boys fishing trip. Found the people at Marco to be very friendly and helpful. The airport can be busy with a mix of bizjets, light twins, turbos and singles. The flow seems to work, I flew downwind high and slow to stay behind a Cessna doing pattern work. Good service, I recommend it over Naples due to size and the people that are there to help. Ps. The Tarpon fishing is actually pretty good at Marco!

Landed at KMKY late on a Saturday afternoon. Young lineman came out right away and directed us to a spot for tie down. I live in a condo close by and an offer to take us over to it was forthcoming. Great service and friendly people. Treated us just like the biz Jets I see come and go.

Flew into Marco for my solo cross country, nicest people that I have ever met! Filled my plane and helped me leave!
