I had a wonderful experience with Flightline First flying in recently. Quick, very polite service. They gave me a great parking spot in front of Messina's which is always so great to eat at as their bread pudding might be the best I ever had, plus the terminal building is so beautiful and historic. You will regret if you don't get Messina's bread pudding as it's far and away the best I have ever had.

Very professional staff, always ready to assist. Wendy is fantastic; can't say enough good things about this FBO.

As others have noted, $20 per night for singles, none waived with fuel purchase. Fuel pricey, but for mid- major mkt, cheap. Fee for security, nothing new at most markets these days. Credit card fee, that's a new one, not keen on that. Just should price it in, as do others. Folks pleasant and genuine, job well done!

Flew in last weekend in a single-engine Tecnam. The people at Flightline First were very friendly and professional. The prices and fees seemed reasonable. The crew car was excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights and left our Mooney with FF. Service was great, and fees seemed fair. We bought 10 gallons of moderately-expensive fuel, paid a $15 facility fee, and 2 nights of parking at $20 each. Some other fee (handling maybe?) was waived with the fuel purchase. It all seemed fair for a nice facility in a beautiful location with great service.

My verbatim note to Flightline: Greetings: I recently visited your FBO and stayed 3 nights. Your service was good, facilities attractive, and I had a pleasant experience until I scrutinized your bill upon my return home. You charged a credit card processing fee of over 4%, which is the highest I have ever seen. That range of processing fees generally maxes out at 3.5%. How do you justify that fee being so much higher than others? What is a "flowage fee?" It should be explained upon check in, whatever it is. When your transients are already paying over $7/gal for avgas, these add ons seems picayune and overreaching. They leave a sour aftertaste from what was otherwise a pleasant visit to a favorite city. Very truly yours,

We normally use this FBO. Service has been excellent in the past, Captain called to verify fuel price and services and got attitude. Arrived to hurry up we need to move the aircraft and the flight was drop and go. Attitude was continued in person. We fly 8 turbine or Jet aircraft every day our focus is on SERVICE AND FUEL PRICE. We got neither on this stop. Unless it's a customer request we won't be back Falcon 900

Flew in for a weekend. Tanks topped off and ready to go prior to departure. 2 nights parking was not waived with fuel purchase. Messina's restaurant in the terminal is a great brunch/lunch spot. Eclectic art deco 1920s terminal is worth the stop.

I stopped here again this time just for fuel. I was fueled and ready to go in 15 minutes. The linemen are just excellent and the service at the desk was fast and friendly. FLIGHTLINE FIRST is just great all around.
