Stopped at RZL for a fuel stop to Ohio. Starter malfunctioned as I tried to depart. John at Excel Air stopped what he was doing to check it out. It started and off I went. Stopped there on the return and he helped me jump start it to go home. Couldn't ask for any better treatment. Thanks John, I'll stop every chance I get.

Very friendly airport. Large fuel ramp with modern 24-hour credit card fuel area. I made this my overnight parking and the airport manager was very helpful. I used my own tiedowns, as there are few on the field. Fuel was well priced. I will definitely stop here again!

As usual, the airport manager welcomed us and made us feel at home. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stopped in on March 7 late in the day for fuel on my way from Ohio to Kansas due to the good fuel price. After refueling, the starter drive adapter on my Bonanza failed while starting the engine. On March 8, the excellent crew at Excel-Air Service had a rebuilt starter drive adapter installed on my Bonanza and I was on my way home by 11:00 AM. Very excellent service by Excel-Air Service.

Stopped in early Sunday (19 July 2015), en route to AirVenture 2015 @OSH. The folks here were great. Met me at the pump to make sure all was fine. Invited us in for donuts and a rest. Told us about the local carnival/fair across the street and invited us to stop on the way back. Nice clean & comfortable FBO. Great 100LL price! Wonderful place for a quick turn-around or a short stay. Thank you!

Stopped in for gas with seven other aircraft. We were able to get all eight planes topped off quickly and be on our way. Nice facilities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stop again.

I stopped in once last year and decided to make it a regular stop on my trips from Michigan to Peoria. The lounge is comfortable, bathrooms clean, and people friendly. They have cable TV, comfy couches, with drinks and snacks available for a very low price. The airport has a nice simple layout and is a quick and EASY in and out. Great self serve fuel prices with a VERY NICE north/south RUNWAY.

I bought a Grumman Cheetah in Chicago a week ago and flew with the seller to KRZL to have John at Excel Air Service do an owner assist annual. From the minute I landed at RZL I could not have asked for better service. John had one of his pilots fly the seller of the plane back to Chicago in one of Excels planes and was very reasonable on the cost. John and his crew at Excel are well known for their service and expertise. They deserve all of the credit they get. Take your plane to them...You won't be disappointed. Brad, the airport manager is equally great. He made sure I knew where all of the hotels and restaurants were and gave me a crew car for 3 days! I would stop there in the future just to say hi.... They are all that nice and professional.
