Sitting in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, Santa Fe is known for its Pueblo-style architecture and as a creative arts center. This town was originally founded as a Spanish colony in 1610. The heart of Santa Fe lies at the traditional Plaza. The nearby historic district's crooked streets wind past adobe landmarks such as the Palace of the Governors which has transformed into the New Mexico History Museum. Your Signature Santa Fe will be expecting you in high elevation city.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic service I received at Signature in Santa Fe. Self-serve fuel was available at a great price, and the staff came to help and had me parked in a very reasonably priced hangar in 5 minutes. They arranged a hotel and shuttle--a great experience.
From Douglas Weiler on 13-Jul-2017

Last month we spent 6 days in Santa Fe traveling from MN in our RV-7. Our experience at Signature could not have been better. The hangar rent was less than half of their competitor, our rental car was ready and waiting and everyone from the line folks to the general manager could not have been better. I recommend them highly for your next trip to SAF!!
From Steve Clegg on 18-Jun-2017

We were flying from Las Vegas to Daytona Beach and chose Signature SAF for a fuel stop. Nice people and great service. They were perfect for a quick turn. Would highly recommend.
From Don Hayes on 24-May-2017

Stopped through for lunch and SS fuel. Tower/Grnd were helpful and made it an easy in/out. Signature was very accommodating. Even though their facility is south of the tower, Signature's SS fuel (Shell) is north of the tower - so I had to taxi there to fuel. The price was good enough that I did not mind! Had a burger in the airport café. It was good. This was a great stop for lunch and fuel. I will stop again.
From Robert Boerner on 14-Dec-2016

We stayed just one night in Santa Fe and the staff at Signature took care of our 182 and us. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting accommodations. They also got us a rental car for our short stay.

Took 40 minutes to check out after a 2-night ramp tie down...$22.00. My Grumman isn't a G4-5 but really??? 40 minutes??? My plane was moved and I was given wrong location at check out. Line crew was very helpful and courteous in locating and providing "follow me" truck. 2nd time to KSAF.... Will go back to Jet Center next time.

Response from Rita Carrillo, Area General Manager SAF, IFP, Signature Flight Support
Hello Robert, we’re sorry for the delay you experienced upon departure from Santa Fe. Your aircraft was parked at the airport-designated tiedowns, and in order to complete your request to depart from the FBO rather than the tiedown area we needed to tow your aircraft from across the airport, hence the additional time taken.

From Ben Cook on 11-Sep-2016

Nice facility and staff. Good little restaurant next door in the terminal for a quick meal. They offered a courtesy car if we wanted that as well.
From Bob Zeigler on 06-Sep-2016

I did find the self-serve at night.... Very well kept facility with great fuel prices.
From KB Heiss on 25-Jan-2016

Flew into KSAF last week for lunch with a friend, and was disappointed to learn the airport restaurant was closed for remodeling. The CSR at the front desk didn't miss a beat - she offered us their crew car for free, along with a recommendation for a lunch place in town. We enjoyed a great meal, and I planned to purchase some of Landmark's self-serve fuel on the way out. Unfortunately, a dead battery delayed us, but the team at Landmark pulled out all the stops: first a jumpstart, then they tracked down a new battery from a maintenance shop on the field (on a Saturday afternoon after everyone had gone home) when the jump didn't work, then they installed it. Plus, they provided full-service fuel from the truck at the self-serve price. Service was well beyond my expectations, and they had me back in the air in no time. I'll be back!

This past September was my fourth visit. Each noteworthy for the courteous and helpful service from the line and desk staff. It's great to be treated like you are welcomed and appreciated even though you are not burning jet fuel. I highly recommend Landmark at Santa Fe.
From Steven Allen on 08-Sep-2015

Went in this morning on an interstate prisoner transport and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly welcome and great service. We are usually asked to wait elsewhere (out of sight) at other places. They made us feel very welcome from the line staff to the top.
From Kelly Grant on 05-Sep-2015

Great service. They gave me the self-serve price as well. I landed unannounced late evening. They found me wonderful motel close to the airport with shuttle service.
From Tony Sobol on 03-Sep-2015

The $4.51 self-service price is really not available. The self-service pump has a lock on. If you go to the self service pump the Jet Center folks will come over and fuel you for their price of $4.61.
From Brian Gillespie on 02-Aug-2015

We stopped in our PA28 for an overnight. Thomas was at the plane with the chocks before we even shutdown. Nancy made several phone calls to make sure we had a nice hotel. She even gave us the self-serve price of fuel for full service (the self serve was out of order). Heavy rain and thunderstorms were forecasted so we hangared the plane for $20. The Hotel Santa Fe, it's really a spa, was awesome and reasonably priced. The only thing I would do different is NOT take a taxi to that hotel. It was about $35 each way! Rent a car or call Uber.
From Sally Nelson on 20-Jul-2015

I want to let you know how impressed I have been by Nancy, Kit and Lydia and the other people that work in this office. Every time I have been into KSAF these people are so busy. They always greet you, have such a friendly smile and keep you informed on what is going on. I keep telling them they need some more staff working at that desk. Even though they are having to do ten things at one time, they still find the time to let you know they are on top of your issues. They are a great group and you are fortunate to have them as your employees, Please let them know they are apprediated by your customers for such excellent service.
From Marc Coan on 22-Apr-2015

You should expect top-notch service from Landmark. I am a local CFI, and I get pilots who fly in from all over to take my mountain flying adventure courses around NM and CO. My students are always impressed with how they are treated when they arrive at the FBO. Need a rental car or hotel? The front desk staff will hook you up. Want to save $1 on 100LL? The ONLY self-serve pumps on the field are just north of the tower. 10 gal. of self-serve or 500 gal. of Jet-A and you get the same service from the staff. Why would you go elsewhere?
From Nick Thille on 14-Apr-2015

This was the third or fourth time I had been into this FBO, the first under Landmark management. I have to say that my experience could not have been more different than prior commenters. The service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was courteous, customer focused, and on the ball. I look forward to my next visit.
From Paul Bannister on 15-Mar-2015

Stopped Saturday 3/7/15 for a quick fuel top off and restroom visit. The line crew was prompt & fine. HOWEVER, the 3 or 4 CSR behind the counter took well over an hour to allow me to pay!!! And I was the sole customer!!! My intended 30-minute stop became one hour and 50 minutes! That time loss ruined my flight such that I turned back 60 nm short of my Georgetown, TX destination, flew 120 nm back to Abilene and left the plane there 5 days and drove to and from Georgetown for a funeral. In reviewing trip receipts last night I see they added insult line item of 'Security Fee - Line' --- $15!!! Assuming that, even though Landmark only recently acquired the Santa Fe FBO facility, this is typical for the chain. Accordingly, I will scrupulously avoid Landmark FBO's in the future and suggest others do likewise.
From Wes Schlenker on 25-Feb-2015

This is my third time flying into this FBO, first time under the new Landmark ownership. I bought more than 15 gallons of self-serve Avgas at a reasonable price ($1 cheaper than full serve), which waived the $40 ramp fee. $6 per night tiedown, and $5 per stay security fee, were reasonable in my opinion, for a Cessna 210. I discovered that the AVIS rental desk is just 30 feet away in the main commercial terminal--so close that you don't have to worry about having the car delivered to the FBO if you can get a cheaper rate otherwise. When I went to leave, frost on my wings meant I could ask for a heated hangar to thaw off for 3 hours (around $80) pay $25 per gallon to spray on de-ice, or just wait for the sunshine. I waited. This ski trip to KSAF was not as expensive as I expected, I recommend the town and the ski destination for families.
