I made a fuel stop on 6/24/08. When I re-started my Cessna 310 N3463G, my right tach did not work. Bill Rue and others worked diligent. They found a couple of broken wires and made the repair, and I was back on my way. Service was excellent, and charges were reasonable! THANKS!

Very nice people and well run. Self serve fuel was inop when I visited on 12/28/07 which was a little frustrating since I landed there specifically based on their guaranteed advertised price which was the lowest in the area.

Friendly staff. Loaner car mechanically unsafe. Overall FBO interior fair.

There were some things that were both good and bad, unfortunately it was the bad things that out weighed the good. First of all the line service personnel were few and far between. Though they were friendly, they could not be relied on 100 percent of the time simply for the fact that they could be busy with other aircraft most times only 1 person was on duty. Second, which is a good comment the maintenance personnel worked with us. They did not run us around, and the work that they did was very trust worthy. Finally the management really brought the company down, and that was the final straw. They seem to want to help us then suddenly, without warning, they would change their minds, one area was the cost of the hangar. Another gray area was the "full service" fuel. You cannot get "full service" at the north hangar, which they own. If you are looking for a company to give you full service with your aircraft, unfortunately, this is not the place to go.

Richmor Aviation has taken over the operation of Fortune Air. Initially there was a little confusion as to where the correct FBO was located on the field. Even Ground Control told us wrong. But then we learned that this change had just taken place and was only now being implemented. The service was good and the FBO folks friendly and helpful. I'm sure they'll be glad when all the changes are completed.
