I flew in to SCH for a 2-night stay. The people at Richmor were prompt and courteous. I made the mistake of not asking for the self-serve pump and ended up paying $4.51/gal for 100LL, but that's my fault. Rental car was waiting for me on arrival. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I received my PPL ASEL from Richmor Aviation this past May. The FBO is well equipped and the staff could not be any nicer. My instructor was very knowledgeable, calm, and talented. I believe he represents the teaching staff well. The aircraft repair team and line crew are prompt, skilled, and very friendly. Overall, Richmor Aviation is a very well managed and friendly FBO.

Just a word of thanks for some superb customer service. Went in and found that our dispatcher didn’t get our client's car delivered. So to make a long story short. I had to get transportation there. The FBO mgr didn’t blink an eye, and said take my personal car to help me out. Were in this world do you get this kind of service. Nowhere except at Richmor Aviation in SCH Thanks for True customer service. Great people to work with Thanks

I had to go to a funeral in Scotia. My option was to drive for 7 hours from Maine or to fly for 1.5 hours. I have no access to ground transport in the Scotia area so I emailed Richmor Aviation to see if there was public transport or if someone could take me over to the funeral home. Not at all. "We will have a courtesy car here waiting for you,” wrote Richard Kaylor, the manager. Sure enough I landed, met Valerie and was treated to the best reception one could ever expect. Shown to the car and was on my way. All this for the 7 gallons of avgas that I bought. Thank you so very much to Richmor and that absolutely wonderful staff.

Arrived Richmor at Schenectady on the 15th of April 2009. Good line service fast response and fueled when I returned an hour and a half later. Nice FBO. Will return if needed without hesitation.
