I have been to KSEP several times. Only once have I found the FBO unlocked, but that's more likely my hours and not their fault. They have chains for tie-downs on the apron. The pavements look to be in good shape. I did not buy fuel on this trip. IMPORTANT: if you are flying in to get some BBQ at Hard 8, do not walk over to it unless you're young. Just call Hard 8 and they will dispatch a truck to pick you up and bring you back to the airport.
