If I had to use Kaiser at STS again, I would triple check the rental car. I would book it on the internet (for a much better rate than Kaiser gets), call Kaiser the day before and make sure they have the reservation, then call again before departing to make sure they have the car physically at the FBO. We waited a couple of hours for ours (Hertz); while hanging out in the (under construction) FBO, we crossed paths with another customer who waited 3 hours for theirs (Enterprise), while a third customer was stranded with a the wrong car. Also watch while they fuel your plane - I got a couple of scratches in my wing paint from a squirrelly fuel nozzle.

Nice airport in the Bay Area. We used Kaiser air and service was very good. County tie downs were $7.00 per night. Not bad except they moved our airplane while we were staying in the local area and they neglected to tie the tail wheel down. Overall a good experience and would recommend KSTS.

I am using Santa Rosa Jet Center as a base for doing aerial imagery in the northern San Francisco area. We stopped in no-notice and the service and prices are great. A big thanks to Tiffany for coordinating everything we need. We'll be back whenever we return to this area.

Five miles out on final we had electrical problems in our C-182. What was planned as a short stop for gas on Easter Saturday turned into a pleasurable overnight wine tasting experience. Nothing but the best experience working with these wonderful people. Glenn the manager and an A&P came in on his day off within 20 minutes of the call. He quickly trouble shot the problem, a loose connection. Meanwhile Laura at the front desk quickly secured a rental car on this holiday weekend. With the bird repaired but delayed in our quest for much further north, we decided to stay the rest of the day and go wine tasting after such a warm welcome. How could we leave! Oh did I mention on top of all this personal service we got the self-serve price for full service fuel? My hats off to the entire team at Kaiser Air for the full service treatment.

Great service arrived at midnight and met with courteous staff in the follow me car. The Fuel price was high but still cheapest on the field. Red Carpet treatment even in our small Cessna. Even let us use crew car to get to the hotel. Thanks for the help Kaiserair

My first time visiting Apex and I was very impressed with them. I stopped over for just a few hours but still received excellent services from Apex. Will definitely use them again next time I go to STS!

We had a great experience at Apex. They appeared quickly with the Follow Me truck and had the red carpet out as we shut down the engine. They loaned us a van to run to downtown Santa Rosa for dinner, gave us a great deal on 100LL, and generally made everything a quick and easy for us. We'll definitely be back.

Great service, once I landed I told ATC I would like to taxi to Apex for transient parking. I was immediately met by a "Follow Me" golf cart, marshaled into parking and before I could exit my Cherokee 235B, I was chocked, and tied down by the lineman. He gave me a ride to car waiting for me...Total time was less than ten minutes! I felt important! Highly Recommend!

I flew into Santa Rosa last weekend and Apex provided excellent service. They sent over a van to pick us (and a bunch of luggage) right at the plane and gave us a ride to (and from) our hotel. I will definitely be back.

I have been to Apex several times, and have always found them a great place to stop. They work hard to provide good service. They'll arrange your rental car, bring the car right out to your airplane, and have your plane fueled and ready to go whenever you need it. They have always been very helpful and responsive. I'll be back.
