  Stopped in for an overnight stay in the local area and requested a rental car through Kaiser. We were promptly parked, car was brought up to our older Mooney, and the line tech took our fuel order. The facilities were beautiful and very clean. All personnel were very kind and helpful. I will use Kaiser again if I am traveling to STS in the future.

  The people at Kaiser are extremely friendly and helpful. They are sensitive to situations such as sickness and other issues that I have personally witnessed. The facility is immaculately clean especially the bathrooms. Pricing is fair and they never argue with you if you have a different opinion even if you are wrong. They are tops.

  I always get treated well at Kaiser Santa Rosa, and this week's visit was no exception. The follow-me truck went out all the way to the taxiway to marshal me in, which is nice on a dark night. Line staff helped with luggage, CSR's already had my paperwork ready. Aircraft was fueled and ready for departure, the fuel price is great with contract pricing, and no ramp or overnight fees! Thanks for the cookies and hot chocolate, too.

  Well- I really love to give great reviews and not bad ones, but we actually had a bad experience at KaiserAir. The personnel was very nice, but they just couldn't get it together. We arrived on Friday, Sept. 15th, departed the 18th. 1. Vehicle rental for the pax was an hour late, even though we had spoke to Kaiser personnel by phone and radio earlier that day. 2. The aircraft was not pulled on-line until 20 minutes prior to our departure, called in the dep. time the previous day. 3. Aircraft was fueled approx 5 mins prior to departure with our pax on board, called in the fuel order the previous day. 4. Crew rental vehicle was not turned into Hertz by KaiserAir until the following day, 09/19 at 1830, charged an extra day and 2 hours. I called KaiserAir numerous times to try to rectify this. They tell they cannot do anything. Hertz (another issue) can't fix that now after 15 days. Oh, they weren't busy, so I can't even give them that. Sorry Guys-I hope you do better!!!

  Stopped in here for fuel. The folks at Kaiser are great and provided great service. They suggested we try the cafe on the field, which was a short walk across their parking lot. Was impressed with the variety of choices on the menu especially for an airport cafe. Will be back for sure.

  Kaiser Air is a fantastic FBO. Arrived today and were greeted by the line staff and one of the CSRs. Our company vehicle and rental cars were staged plane-side for our passengers. I was asked if we needed any further assistance or services as soon as our passengers were on their way. Bronwyn and her team consistently excel at meeting our needs. They have a quiet crew lounge, a crew car for getting off airport. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly with great recommendations for food and activities. The line staff is friendly and ready to accommodate our needs with the aircraft. I would highly recommend a stop at Kaiser Air for your visit to KSTS.

  I topped off using Kaiser's self service pumps and parked in county transient so I wouldn't have to bother anyone with moving my plane. When I returned to Kaiser about 5 minutes before closing, the staff couldn't let me onto the field without an escort and couldn't be bothered to escort me themselves. Instead I had to walk about 10 minutes back to the pedestrian gate on the other side of the field. Next time I'll take my business to Sonoma Jet Center where they actually seem to care about my business.

  Yes and No. I arrived in an MU-2 and the line person had no idea how to park it. Ask if I had my own tow bar - NO - I showed them how to tow it using a Lectro Tug after I unhooked the nose gear linkage. I ask that they place the engine and nacelle covers on the plane after the engines cooled off since I would be there a week. (Didn't get done) I called for fuel order the day before I was leaving and when I arrived the plane had NOT been fueled, so I ended up helping fuel it because they said the were short handed on a Saturday morning and were too busy to do it on Friday when I called. I had rented from Kaiser an SUV for the week and when I got the bill I had been charged (DOUBLE) the amount quoted. They were all very nice and polite BUT things just did not get done, as they should. I am not sure if it is lack of training, lack of personnel of just a lack of caring. I will probably NOT be using Kaiser when I return to Santa Rosa or just go to Napa.
