I flew in on Feb 18 2025 and departed on Feb 22 2025 in a Mooney. So not a big spender. This is what FBOs used to be. The service was above and beyond what you get at the big chain FBOs, you know who they are. They called me the day before I departed to verify everything was still the same, is it ever? I hope to return to this area, and I will return to Executive. I had the pleasure of meeting Lizette Herrera. She is the best at what she does. Thank you, Lizette.

Journey was so helpful, friendly and professional on the phone to assist us with pre-planning before we arrived at KTUS. Then the day before, she reached out to us to get our Enterprise confirmation number so she could ensure that our rental car was planeside when we arrived. We were so impressed with her proactive problem solving in advance to make everything so smooth for our arrival. Then when we landed, Aiden and Ryan the line crew guys, were simply exemplary! They could not have given us better service - professional, caring, fun and very helpful. Executive will always be our choice for an excellent FBO when coming into KTUS.

Arrived with 20/30K winds. Lineman tied me down as soon as the prop stopped. Rental car waiting alongside airplane. Very nice, clean facility. Overall excellent experience.

They had the lowest 100LL prices on the field, the people and the service were great. Supposedly, overnight ramp space was free if you filled up with 100LL. I asked about being hangared and they said sure, no problem. On my invoice after leaving I found I was charged $100 per night for my small, single engine RV7A. I think that was a gross overcharge and I wasn't even given a heads up on the price!
