They fueled the plane while I made a pit stop, loaned me a courtesy car for lunch, and the recliners in the pilot lounge were great for a nap. A very quick, low cost, excellent stop.

Flew in on Wednesday enroute to OSH and Sunday upon return. During normal hours of operation, excellent. Ralph will assist as needed and coordinate the airport car. Great location with new FBO building and fuel farm. After hours a couple of gotcha's. FBO is locked up and combo isn't obvious, clue: "think of runway directions". We got that from the Life Flight folks next door. Computer would not link to internet, fix was to reboot and it then connected. Printer was missing ink. All the ink cartridges had been removed and there were no spares to be found. So we were unable to print the flight plan. That sucked since it had to be hand copied. The new fuel pump takes a bit of prodding to get working. There is a circuit breaker in the large electrical box to the right that has to be on for the pump to function. Ralph does have a cell and will respond if he is able. There are snacks in the fridge along with sodas for a donation.

Great fuel stop. My daughters enjoyed the Wi-Fi and the wooden rocking chairs outside as I refueled the plane. The airport is well kept and has good fuel prices.

Landed at M21 to wait out weather at my destination. It was after hours and building was locked and touchpad entry did not work. We called after hours phone and Ralph the manager said he would open building for us in five minutes. He did and provided us the courtesy car and recommended a local restaurant. While dining at the restaurant Ralph came there to tell us about weather moving into M21 and local hotels available to us. Keeping the courtesy car overnight was also offered. His concern for our safety and outstanding customer service is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Great new FBO but no fuel available when we landed Saturday. New pumps/tank on site but not on line yet. So they are using the old tank. Old tank won't accept credit card because weed wacker cut the cable to the Internet for card verification. Not cool. Fortunately we had enough fuel to get to Russellville 30nm southeast. Make sure to call ahead and Talk the manager about the fuel situation.

Ralph started talking to us on our 10 mile radio call. He met us at the pumps, fueled us up and offered his personal pick up because someone was out in the car. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
