Jersey Central Power and Light replaced several of the "Your balls saved my life..." spherical electrical line markers with much larger ones. These mark the high-tension power lines just east of runway 25. They were replaced on December 1, 2007.

Visited Sky Manor last Sunday, 16 Sep 2007. Great airport! Excellent restaurant, fuel pump and parking area. No extra fees - just fly in, eat, fuel up and go. Check the CTAF - many planes can't get to that freq. Still OK, the pilots there are very aware. Great stop!

One of the best features of this airfield is that there are two fuel pumps (both capable of either 100 or jet) co-located at the tanks; hence, generally no waiting for fuel. Over several years I haven't found them OTS. The restaurant is also a great place to take a break.

Nice airport, Nice restaurant, however call ahead to make sure their self serve fuel is working, four out of five times I have landed there as a planned fuel stop to the lure of low prices to find the system out of order.

What a terrific little airport! Fuel prices are the lowest I've seen on the East Coast, STILL holding at $3.69. Plus it hasn't got the swirling wind problem of a lot of the local airport like Perkasie, so it's easy to land - even for my Mooney!
