The customer service at Bismarck Aero Center is second to none! We operate a relatively large flight department with aircraft ranging from piston aircraft, to single-engine and multi-engine turboprop aircraft, and one jet. The customer service is always top notch, regardless of which aircraft we arrive in. Our Medevac Pilatus aircraft are always greeted promptly 24-hours a day! The Line staff is friendly and always happy to help in anyway that they can. Linda behind the front desk is always anticipating our needs in order to provide incredible customer service. Staff starts our passenger vehicles and has them ramp-side for our arrival. Bismarck Aero Center provides multiple complimentary courtesy vehicles for pilots to grab a bite to eat. Their maintenance department is incredible. We had an unscheduled maintenance event and their mechanics were more than willing to stay late to troubleshoot the issue. We love Bismarck Aero Center and highly recommend everyone utilize this great FBO!

Excellent service. Multiple planes arriving, from jets to turboprops to single engine pistons. They treated everyone the same with prompt service all around. They were very accommodating to our last minute schedule change (Linda was great to work with). Will most certainly use again!

Great service and a nice crew car, which we borrowed for the night. Good Jet A pricing with CAA. The line guy gave me a hand with my canopy cover and with cleaning the bugs off the windscreen. Will definitely come back here.
