- MAT-SU BOROUGH ENFORCES SPECIAL MOTORIZED USE RESTRICTIONS. NO MOTORS MAY BE OPERATED FROM 11:00PM - 8:00AM. NO WAKE ZONES ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN 100 FEET FROM SHORELINE.
