Always a positive experience. Marshaller met us at plane with a mat and offered cold water. We were there only to eat at Rick's Boatyard across the street, which I highly recommend. Excellent FBO.

I suspect it is where you want to go in Indianapolis, but if you do not care, this the place to go. Superior service, clean and tidy, reasonable and close to The Brickyard. My Mrs. Also appreciated the available USA Today newspaper to go! Well done at KEYE.

Excellent experience in June 2023. Outstanding personal service by the line crew and front desk. Each employee went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide concierge-level service. Example: Line crew was only too happy to tow our aircraft to the self-serve pump and back again so we could take advantage of the $.50/gal savings for self serve. Will return for sure.

Eagle Creek Aviation did an outstanding job! It started with Adrianna marshalling us and helping load the car and secure the plane. Brandi behind the desk made all the arrangements. Mason made sure the plane was in a hangar and plugged in. James had the plane on the ramp and plugged in when we arrived for departure. And Steve who was at the desk where we discovered we both worked for the same airline may years ago. Thank you for the very efficient and professional serviced. P.S. Rick's Boatyard Grill across the street is very good!
