I reciently visited SJT. Have been here many time. I always fueled at the Phillips 66 so I could use my 66 card. But I found that the option of that was not there any more. Seems that the owner of Ranger is a city councilman and running for Mayor. Make your own mind up. Fuel cheaper a short flight away.

Have been based at SJT for last week working out of Ranger. Super line and desk service..And a beautiful new flat screen TV. First class outfit, highly recommended.

I recently used the services of Ranger while on a trip from HOU to MTJ in my Bonanza. I was very favorably impressed with the line crew and the staff at the service desk. Ranger has new crew cars and new computers for flight planning, etc. Great service oriented family run business and terrific Pack Saddle BBQ right down the road from the airport.

Stopped in San Angelo today to wait for weather to move through on way back from Big Bend area. Folks at Ranger couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend their FBO.

We spent two nights at Ranger Aviation in SJT. Line service and desk staff was first class. We ordered catering that was personally provided by Ranger staff. Special request for certain brands of wine and cheese and fruit trays were no problem. Let them recommend great places for lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed. BTW, the cleanest crew cars in America, including XM radio. Stop in and enjoy some wonderful Texas hospitality! Fly safe, John

Ranger Aviation gave us excellent service after we unexpectedly diverted to SJT New Years night. They arranged a discounted rate at the local Marriott, helped us get a rental car and referred us to a local repair station when their mechanic wasn't available. Their staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Ranger is always a great place to visit. Our company flies into San Angelo fairly regularly and Ranger is our preferred FBO. The rental car is waiting at the plane when we taxi up, the fuel is sold at a great price, and the girls inside are friendly and very helpful. When trying to decide whether I like an FBO or not I find myself comparing that FBO to Ranger.

Ranger Aviation treated us like first class citizens when we were visiting the airport recently. This is a rare breed of business which takes pride in their customer service - we enjoyed it, thank you!

Late pop up trip in our Citation night before Thanksgiving would put me into SJT right after midnight. Called Ranger to inquire about them letting me use courtesy car to get to Fairfield Inn 7 miles up the road. They declined and mentioned courtesy car can't be taken overnight. This was a holiday and I simply ask if I could use it to get to hotel late that night and bring it back next morning to rent a car then. Still declined. Called Skyline, and thanks to nice people like David at Skyline a courtesy car was waiting for me at midnight, and when I tried to return it next morning he simply said to keep it until Saturday. Well, guess where I'm going next time????? Bye Ranger!!!!

Stopped for fuel, helpful staff and a quick turnaround (10-15min). Also purchased a couple of charts from the FBO at reasonable prices. Overall I had a good experience.

Arrived at San Angelo late at night on July 12th after a weather diversion from Midland. The staff was great. They fueled and tied the plane, called for a rental car, and made reservations for us (at a huge discount) at the local Marriot. The staff was fast and friendly and very helpful.
